- Register for the conference and pay the conference fee.
- If you are submitting a self-organised workshop: Make sure that all workshop participants (chairs and speakers) register for the conference.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Apply for Outreach before 1 October 2008 if you need financial support to participate.
