Conference Themes

World Outgames, the conference co-presidents, and the International Advisory Group have selected ten overarching themes that cover many of the present challenging political and social aspects of LGBT people’s lives around the world. With a clear focus on good practices, we ask workshop presenters to address one or more of the following proposed themes:

Human Rights and Politics
Health
Culture and Media
Education
Family and Relationships
Sport
Workers Out
Sexuality, Pleasure and Body Politics
Out in Business
LGBT History

But to also have a focus on Mainstreaming since LGTB people are not a homogeneous group.
